Public Consultation Event

Thursday 28th January 2016 3-8pm

Trivselhus UK is in the process of planning a development of 56 high quality family homes and apartments south of Countess Way, Broughton, Milton Keynes.

The 3 or 4 bedroom houses are arranged over either 2 or 3 floors. All house types will feature modern, open-plan interiors with a light and airy feel due to the higher ground floor ceiling heights - elements accentuated by tall ground floor windows. Each house has its own garden and some homes will feature a first floor terrace, positioned to take advantage of the view over Linear Park.

The contemporary apartments will benefit from the same exceptional thermal performance and top quality interior fittings as the larger houses.

All Trivselhus homes are built using the precision-engineered Climate ShieldTM system, constructed from sustainably harvested timber and designed to withstand the Swedish cold. Extreme insulation and energy saving features, such as triple-glazed widows, air tightness membrane and mechanical ventilation system with heat recovery, are fitted as standard to keep heating bills to the minimum.
